I would like to share the highlight of my month. I have worked in the bush for over 30 years and I have never witnessed a giraffe giving birth and as you can imagine, this was high on my wish list! A few days ago, I got a call that one of our giraffes was in labor and I rushed to the area and sat with her for over 2 hours. I managed to capture these photos!
